Aunty Brenda is our Direct Sales Manager and tremendous assest to Barbara's Tarts and Sweets. She is always lending an extra hand, when we need her most.
Artara Wilkins
Artara graduated from UVI in 2013 with a Bachelors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Marketing. She uses her marketing skills to promote and enhance Barbara's Tarts and Sweets. Artara is the self appointed Excecutive Creative Director. Artara likes to say "my mom does the hard work and I make it look good." Although, Artara works a full time job, she always assists her mother with baking and the tedious jobs like deseeding guavaberry, and deshelling and picking tamarind.
Barbara Hendricks
Barbara began serving the Virgin Islands with her unique preparation of decadent pastries and stews in 2005. In 2012 she retired, after 30 years of Service in USVI Government. Since retiring Barbara has focused on her passion for baking, making stews and gardening.
Barbara is the Head Baker and Stew Master. Her creations are truly mouthwatering and guaranteed to quench any sweet tooth. However, Barbara always says "the best thing, she ever made is her only child Artara."
